Treatment Times
Most treatments require one hour. Please allow for room setup, undressing, dressing, consultation.
Health Information
In order to ensure customized treatments and to accommodate special needs, a general health information form must be completed by each guest during their first visit.
Reservations
Your appointment is a commitment of the therapist's time. We request if a reservation must be canceled, it be done 24 hours prior to the scheduled service time. If less than 24 hours notice is given, a cancellation fee of $30 will be charged or removed from the gift certificate. However if the appointment time can be filled, the fee will be waived.
Angel Appointments
Flexible schedule but cant seem to find the time to make an appointment? Join our Angel List if we have an empty slot or a cancellation you'll receive an e-mail with the available time(s). Simply call or e-mail us back and the slot is yours first come first serve.
Settling Your Account
Cash, personal check, Discover, Visa, MasterCard, and American Express are accepted. There is a $30 fee for returned checks.
Gratuities
Gratuities may be given at your discretion. Tipping is neither required nor expected. We are grateful for your loyalty and referrals.
Draping and Comfort
Generally, undress completely to receive the full benefit of these therapeutic treatments. To respect your privacy throughout your treatments, only the region your therapist is working on is undraped. Please give your therapist feedback regarding your comfort.
Safety
For your safety and ours, we take all universal precautions necessary and use the finest methods in sterilization.
